Celebrating Thanksgiving in Hoboken
Blog EditorIf you don’t want to cook at home this Thanksgiving there are some excellent restaurants open that are close to your Harlow apartment. Make sure to make a reservation soon, as table’s book quickly. Having your Thanksgiving catered is also an option!
Amanda’s – Amanda’s will be open on Thanksgiving from 1-9. They will be featuring a 3-course prix fixe menu for $55/pp with excellent choices including sweet potato gnocchi or butternut squash soup for an appetizer. Their entrees will be set for all dietary needs including turkey, chestnut risotto, pan seared sea bass and oven roasted pork chop. Don’t forget your sweet tooth, with your choice of apple strudel with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin cheesecake tart, flourless chocolate cake or vanilla panna cotta.
Del Frisco’s – Del Frisco’s offers a 3-course prix fixe menu this holiday for $42/pp ($15/child) featuring butternut squash bisque, slow roasted turkey breast, sage apple sausage stuffing, sweet potatoes and pumpkin cheesecake. The full dinner menu will also be available in case you are craving one their delicious steaks.
Anthony David’s – Anthony David’s offers a few options when ordering your turkey this Thanksgiving: the first is a slow roasted turkey in a range of 3 serving sizes, accommodating anywhere from 4 to 18 guests max. The second option for 4-6 people is the turkey porchetta, a turkey breast stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, garlic, currants and pecorino. Anthony David’s also has a variety of savory soups and sides for groups of 4-6 or 6-8 guests, including roasted butternut squash soup with granny smith apples, pumpkin tortellini pasta, mini buttermilk biscuits, smashed yams with brandy and marshmallows and many more, as well as a variety of desserts such as pumpkin cheesecake, apple crumb pie and pumpkin pie.
